Comment: This mat is great. The toys are versatile and can be used anywhere - car, stroller, table, etc. My son LOVES the star and we take take it everywhere in case he gets too fussy.

Comment: When in the market for a Baby Gym, this one will do the trick, but I highly recommend the Tiny Love baby gym over this one. There are 2 things about this one that stand out. As one person mentioned, it does have a neat star that eats batteries :) Also, the little caterpillar that detaches is very cute.
I do not like the way this baby gym handles when putting it up or setting it up.

Summary: Cute, but not what I really needed
Comment: I got this for tummy time. But the baby has to be on his back to play with the toys arranged as they are in the picture. So it's pretty much used as a blanket with a bunch of toys on it. The many hooks are useful as the toys can be attached to hooks on the corners of he mat and not just on the bars above.
For what it is, I think it's a fine product. But if you need tummy time for your little one, I really don't see how this is very useful. But I have to give it credit for the fun colors/design and the variety of toys. The musical star is adorable and my son's favorite feature. He's 5 months old now and I think he'll be playing with this for quite a while yet.

Comment: My 3 month old absolutely loves this activity mat, mostly the activity star that lights up and plays music. He just smiles and laughs at the star like crazy!

The Discover & Play Activity Gym is a soft play gym with fun Baby Einstein characters on the mat that correspond with hanging plush characters. There are 10 accessory toys included to help stimulate the baby. The toys include a star shaped plush with lights.
